In support of the many children who find themselves homeless and in crisis in Harford County, Harford Family House and SARC are partnering to raise critical funding through a The Hope in Handbags Purse Auction & Sale. Families now make up 40 percent of the country's homeless population. Within these families, more than 1.3 million children are homeless at some time each year.
